Put on your best hat and join us for Derby Day at Walnut Creek Winery — 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the First Saturday of May. Three ticket tiers, a souvenir mint julep cup, a hat contest with real prizes, live race viewing on the big screen, and a Derby menu that makes the most exciting two minutes in sports taste even better.

🎯 GAMES — Indoor/Outdoor games for all ages. From corn hole to giant jenga to checkers. Come ready to win some prizes (free food or drink) and bragging rights.

👒 HAT CONTEST — Three categories: Best Dressed Hat, Best Couple’s Hats, and People’s Choice (vote via QR code). Prizes include Walnut Creek Winery gift cards, wine bottles, and Derby bragging rights. Judging at 6:30 PM, winners announced at 6:45 PM.

🏇 LIVE RACE VIEWING — The Kentucky Derby on the big screen at ~5:57 PM Central. Draw a horse pick card before the race — if your horse wins, you win a bottle of wine.
